Face-to-face in-gym training sessions, all geared around perfecting your exercise technique, answering questions and helping you progress. You’ll also receive your very own personalised workout programme, gain access to the Simply Strong app, and have support from me every step of the way.

 

Simply Strong 101

A four-week beginners’ crash course in the basics of strength training, to give you all the tools you need to walk into a gym with confidence. If you don’t know your squat from your deadlift, your dumbbell from your barbell, or your pull-up from your chin-up, then Simply Strong 101 is for you.
