Simply Strong 101

If you don’t know your squat from your deadlift, your dumbbell from your barbell, or your pull-up from your chin-up, then Simply Strong 101 is for you. 

Everyone was a beginner once, and sometimes all we need is a nudge in the right direction. Together, we’ll go over everything you need to know in order to feel safe, confident, and ready to start having some fun in the gym.

I’ll answer all the questions you’ve felt too nervous to ask: how to set up equipment, how much different bars weigh, what weights you should use, how many sets and reps you should be doing, and much more. I’ll help dispel any concerns you may have around strength training and lay the basic foundations for you to start making progress straight away.

At the end of the four weeks, you’ll receive your very own beginner’s strength training programme, laid out simply, tailored for you, and ready for you to use on your own. Of course, should you decide to stay on with me for additional coaching afterwards, then I’d love to have you - but if you want to give things a go on your own, I guarantee you will be more than ready to do so.
