Over the course of my career as a Personal Trainer, I’ve been lucky enough to work with a huge variety of people, all with different fitness abilities, strengths, weaknesses, preferences, circumstances, and goals.
And perhaps the most important thing I’ve learned in the process is: fitness does not have one straight answer. Everyone is different, and what works amazingly for one person may be a poor choice for someone else.
