One-To-One Coaching

This makes up the bulk of what I do - it’s my favourite part of my job because it’s where I get to actually be in the gym with you and watch your strength, confidence and general love of lifting grow!

After I’ve learned a bit more about you, your background and your goals, I will then provide you with a custom training programme designed specifically around you, your lifestyle and what you want to achieve. We’ll then meet weekly for one-to-one sessions at Snap Fitness Clifton where we can go over anything and everything you need to help you carry out the exercises in your programme safely and effectively, and show you just how strong you really are.

Exactly what we do in our sessions together is up to you…

If you want to just go through a day of your programme as it’s written with me supervising and pushing you, we can do that. If you want to go over one or a few exercises that have been causing you issues and work on perfecting your technique, we can do that. And if every now and again you want to throw the programme out the window and do something new for fun, we can do that too! Whatever helps you out the most - that’s what I’m here for.

I have various options available for in-person coaching, ranging from once-a-month for one month all the way up to twice-a-week for two months - I am also happy to discuss more bespoke options depending on your circumstances and what you’re looking for.
