Emile - 75kg x 2 Squat PR (16/06/2022)
Emile came to me having never really done any weights before, and in just a few months of training he's managed to deadlift 110 for 2, squat 75 for 2 and bench 60 for 1. More than this though, he's made HUGE strides in terms of his general confidence inside the weights room and I couldn't be more proud of him.
